aaah, feeling much better today. what a relief. :)
and just got to know that we can leave work one hour earlier as tomorrow's some catholic holiday and we're off work anyway and then - sometimes - law has it that you have to work one hour less the day before. I LOVE such surprises. :) more of them, please! means i can leave the meeting earlier as i need to catch the train thus have to leave before 3pm. yeah!
i guess i'll be just staying at home tomorrow. nobody else i know seems to be off work and the weather will most probably be rainy. sigh. i know, i know, i'm not complaining - it's great to have a day off, but it would be even nicer if i could meet up with someone, *do* something... and at least be outdoors. oh well...
had far too much candy yesterday :9 but i'm back on track today. :)
and i'll have training even though it's a holiday tomorrow, so that'll be good, too.
went to the city centre yesterday to do some shopping - found 2 lovely tops in H&M (they rule!) - one dark wine-red (love that colour!) and one white... and found two small boxes for my jewellery (Claire's rule!) and then went to Cachet (love that shop) though just had a stroll through. mum bought a dreamcatcher there for Ed. :) they had lovely fairy books - with fairy pics on the covers. not the usual *cutey-cute* ones, but really really nice ones, but unfortunately far too expensive.
later we went to the central bus station as mum wanted to get her ticket to the Czech Rep. though got majorly p***** off as she first waited to get it by the bus that was leaving later that evening (you usually buy them there) and when she got to that woman who was checking people in as well as selling the tickets that one seriously told her to wait until everyone was checked in. excuse me? she'd been waiting for ages - nobody ever mentioned this new rule or whatever AND it's never been like that before. mum was rather angry at her and said she's better things to do than stand there for ages just cause that woman was too lazy to get organized and sell her a stupid ticket that she had laying on a pile beside her. she'll get a ticket of the other company that travels to there today. THERE! idiots. what kind of service is that? GAH!
made a reservation for tickets to see Kingdom of Heaven on Saturday night. aw. it starts playing tomorrow but i don't really fancy going all on my own. it's just not the same. anyone fancy to travel to here and see it with me? :D
