Now here I'm going to be so predictable... most of you it won't surprise if I choose Middle Earth... and Hogwarts & Co.

As for top favourite number one: Middle Earth... I'd love to visit in a time of peace, because as far as adventure goes I'd love to SURVIVE ;). But I'd love to see it all, visit all the places, have a party with the hobbits, visit the elves, see the White City for myself, ... awwww! And of course to meet all the (nice) creatures. I'm not a chicken but I doubt I'd like to meet an orc. My archery skills aren't good enough for that.

I'd also love to take some exchange year at Hogwarts. Or two. Or three. Come on, of course I would!

What else...
I think if I'd say the places of Pride and Prejudice I'd have some major problems: First of all Mr Darcy's already got a bride and second... memories of Lost in Austen come to mind. Wah. LOL

I loved reading The Forgotten Beasts of Eld... I think it would be wonderful to see all those wonderous creatures... this story really sucked me into this other world.

And yeah, yeah, Forks... because it would be simply FUN!

I might add to all that if more comes to mind. Right now my brain's slowly going tired. ;)

Ahh, I'd love to see Middle Earth too... or at least the nicer parts of it. I wouldn't be so thrilled about seeing Mordor up close, if the inhabitants could also see me!

But if they couldn't, I'd creep into Orodruin and have a look. I've always liked volcanoes... ;)

Yeah, Mordor... ah no, not *that much* of an adventure holiday please ;D

volcanoes are intriguing :)

I love them. And I've lived with them for a long time, so they feel very familiar to me. I have such fond memories of watching hot lava and of walking over it when it's newly cooled. Parts of Mordor sounded almost homey to me when I was little... but I was awfully spooked by the nasties who lived there!

Mordor without the nasties would be... neat :)
I've always been fascinated by volcanoes though I've never been really close to one. Hmh, not quite true, my friend and her mum drove us to Popocatepetl in Mexico - as close as one was allowed to get, which was on top of a mountain right beside the volcano. The volcano was especially nice to us as it coughed out a nice cloud while we were there. :D

mh... apart from Middle Earth... I think 'Mist of Avalon'-Avalon would be pretty nice to visit, too....
and yeah, Hogwarts.. true..

watched some Lost in Austen yesterday, to cheer up...

yeah... lots to learn at hogwarts :D

oh it did... I mean, it was clear that my grandma wouldn't live that much longer because she really wasn't well anymore... so it wasn't surprising...
fell asleep before I reached the great teletubby-scene though ;) might have to watch that tonight... :D but the pond-scene was great... hehehehe...

You will get to see it all, as will everyone who desires to do so. For some reason, I know I have been there and I am now searching for places I have not been. The fantasies will show and share themselves, all wars and areas of anger will be calmed and renewal will be all around you. Can you see it too?

Forks is not all that far from me but I've never been to the north end of the peninsula, never even to the middle areas, only to the south end at Westport where my parents and I went deep sea fishing for salmon on a charter boat, a few times. I loved it and did bring in a few fish, not the big ones though.

I think that Forks is about a 2-3 hour drive depending on whether you take the ferry across or drive around through Tacoma way to the south and then back up. Forks is pretty close to the Canadian border.

I think I wouldn't mind visiting there once at all as from what I've seen on photos etc. the landscapes there look amazing?

Salmon? Yummy! :D
Never done any type of fishing ever in my life. But then we only have a pond in the little forest nearby here and, errr... I think those fishes aren't meant to be killed and eaten. ;D
